OPAL 伦敦杰出地产奖是一项在全球范围的地产奖项，总部设在伦敦，由来自全球的20余位行业专家进行评选，自1985年以来一直是全球艺术、建筑、设计奖项的领导性机构。

在2020年的OPAL伦敦杰出地产奖评选中，两项由TEAM+设计的项目，分别斩获了项目大奖及项目铂金奖！他们分别是：

1.无锡万科运河外滩二期

商业零售建筑设计大奖

PhaseOne，the reconstruction of protected building with the theme of cultural (Designed by Kengo Kuma). Phase Two, Team+ provided “life-oriented commercial” complementary with Phase One.  Also, it can be more grounded intopeople's daily life. Provide higher quality life for the residents. The design concept of this project is the rock and crystal on the canal bank, which echoes the red sandstone mountain with the red brick workshop in the phase one. Facing the canal, it is a bright hyaline vitreum, which can not only open viewsto the beautiful canal, but also has a highly identity to attract people fromthe riverside.

项目分为二期，其中，一期为文创主题的保留老建筑改造(Kengo Kuma设计)，TEAM+设计的二期为生活化的商业。总体上与一期商业互补融合，同时又能更接地气、更融入人们的日常生活，为周边社区居民提供更高品质的生活。

设计上以运河岸边的山岩和晶体为设计的理念，红色砂岩的山体与一期较为封闭的红砖厂房呼应。面向运河是璀璨透明的玻璃体，除了能将运河美景尽收眼底，同时面对运河有极强的标识性吸引人们前往。

文化建筑设计白金奖

We designed a Flexible and Artistic-Sculptural building along the Qinhu Lake. The architect form is organized around the concept of the outline of Yu-Mountain, the water of Qin-Lake and the string of Guqin. Spatially, Through a path connecting with different levels of roof garden and landscape platform (green terraces) to provide an array of public open spaces. 

TEAM+ make the project as a landmark building with both artistic and commercial features. It will not only to be a city living room, but also can be a new cultural card of Changshu.

本项目取虞山之廓、琴湖之水、古琴之弦为其设计理念，打造沿琴湖舒展灵动、极富艺术雕塑感的建筑形态。空间上设置不同层次的屋顶花园及观景平台，通过漫步道立体串联，为城市创造丰富的公共活动空间。

TEAM+将本项目打造成兼顾艺术性与商业性的地标性建筑，未来作为城市会客厅物质载体的同时，为常熟打造文化体验的新名片。
