RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead concept and full-process design of commercial, urban renewal and community projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor+ in architecture; Class-1 registered architect preferred.
- 8+ years of lead design experience with completed large-scale complexes.
- East-meets-West vision with strong team coordination.
Urban Renewal · Space Regeneration Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focus on industrial heritage, block renovation and district renewal — regenerating spatial value.
REQUIREMENTS
- Architecture / interior / urban design background, 5+ years.
- Completed renewal projects preferred.
Interior Design Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead interior design for commercial complexes and offices, owning quality and schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
- Environmental art / interior design, 8+ years.
- Full-process experience in large commercial interiors preferred.
Architectural Designer (Entry / Junior)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support concept design, development and presentation across projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor+ in architecture.
- Proficient in CAD / SU / Rhino / Adobe.
- Passion for urban renewal and new-consumer spaces.
