Founded in Shanghai in 2005 and based in the M50 art district by Suzhou Creek, team+ works across commercial, urban renewal and new-consumer spaces — digging deep into value from the client's perspective to find innovative, integrated solutions.
We care about users' needs, create lifestyles people love, and energize cities — helping clients build landmarks through integrated design.
Against the backdrop of the shift from the incremental-development era to the stock-operation era, team+ incubated Space Renewal Studio in 2023 — a studio dedicated to incubating the value of existing spaces from an integrated “space + content + relationship” perspective.
